What we do
Hot Water System Sydney is a referral website. When you call or send the form, we pass your details to an independent local contractor who handles hot water system replacement, installation and repairs in your area. That contractor inspects the job, gives you a written quote and, if you go ahead, does the work. We do not carry out the work ourselves.
We cover Sydney, with local phone lines and pages for Liverpool, Penrith, Blacktown, Castle Hill and Baulkham Hills.
What you can expect

- Licences and insurance. We ask the contractors we work with to hold the licences and insurance the job needs. Ask to see them before work starts.
- Paperwork. Ask for the certificate of compliance for the plumbing and any gas work when the job is finished.

How a referral works, step by step
- You call the main Sydney number or a local line, or send the enquiry form.
- We note the system type, the problem and your suburb, and pass the details to a contractor working in that area.
- The contractor contacts you, asks any questions they need, and arranges to inspect or quote.
- You receive a written quote and decide whether to proceed. There is no charge from us either way.
